At PayPerShowing, we strive to ensure that you have the best experience when using our services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you need to cancel your showing, we offer the following options:

Rolling Your Purchase Into Another Showing

If you are unable to attend your scheduled showing or have changed your mind about the property, you have the option to roll your purchase into another home showing. Visit the Help Center to make your request.

Requesting a Refund

If you prefer to request a refund instead of rolling your purchase into another showing, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Call our customer support team. You can find our contact information in the Help Center. Our support representatives are available to assist you with your refund request.

  2. Provide Details: Be ready to provide your booking reference number, the reason for your refund request, and any other relevant details.

  3. Processing: Once we have all the necessary information, we will process your refund request. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.

Important Information

  • Refund requests must be made before the scheduled showing time.

  • If a showing has already occurred, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
